Practice the PAUSE: When in doubt, pause; when angry, pause; when tired, pause; when stressed, pause; and when we pause, we breathe, clear the mind, view from a different perspective, smile, laugh, sleep, dream. Even our heart needs rest.

Today, don't think of saying any unkind word, think of the people who can't speak. Don't complain about the food you eat, some have nothing. Don't complain about life, many die young. When you're tired of your job, think of the jobless, the disabled, and those who wish they had yours. When sad thoughts seem to put you down, paint a smile on your face and thank God you're alive and you're still around. Life's a gift. Live it well.
